360 Wellness Education

Provisional Provider

The information below applies to all courses supplied by this provider.

Indicates providers who have not yet received 50 favorable reviews from students.

This provider, course or session has been restricted due to an unresolved audit or investigation.

This provider is in the process of taking corrective action in order to comply with FSMTB CE Standards.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The Student MUST notify IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to lvargas@vargasconsulting.com AND;
  2. The Student must NOT HAVE EXCEEDED 30 minutes of training time.  
  3. If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the student has completed MORE THAN the MAXIMUM allotted training time (indicated above) your tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

ADA Accommodation Policy

    1. Provide concise alternative-text descriptions of content presented within images. Use large, bold fonts on uncluttered pages with plain backgrounds. Use color combinations that are high contrast and can be read by those who are colorblind. Make sure all content and navigation is accessible using the keyboard alone.
    2. 360 Wellness Education does not discriminate against student applicants with disabilities and is committed to providing a suitable learning environment for all its students. It is the responsibility of the student to inform 360 Wellness Education about any aid or special considerations the student may need in completing course requirements. 360 Wellness Education reserves the right to request a physician recommendation for any unique or special learning accommodations needed to ensure a student’s successful completion of a 360 Wellness Education course. 

Grievance Policy

    1. It is the policy of 360 Wellness Education that each student shall have the right to present a grievance against 360 Wellness Education within 45 days after course completion. Students that have a concern or complaint may submit their grievance in writing to lvargas@vargasconsulting.com for an impartial resolution.  360 Wellness Education shall have 30 days to investigate and provide written resolution to the student.

Conflict of Interest Statement

    1. 360 Wellness Education maintains the highest ethical standards as an educational provider.  All learning materials are included as part of the course tuition. Student information will not be sold to third party sources.
